Date: Sunday 29 April
Place: we meet at Namadgi Visitor Centre
Time: 9:30am for 10:00am departure
From the visitor centre, we drive together to the parking area of the former Orroral tracking station where the walk begins. The track leads up the hill to the former geodetic tracking station near some massive granite boulders. The round trip is about 7 km of easy walking.
What to bring: solid shoes, protective clothing, sunscreen, water, a light snack for the walk and sandwiches for lunch.
On the way home we may decide to call in at Lanyon homestead for a coffee break.
